My Story

I moved from Italy in 2020 with basically two suitcases, and I had to start over. COVID changed everything. I had to pivot my life — fast. I didn’t have a huge network here. I didn’t have a big marketing budget. I didn’t have a fancy kitchen or a team. But I had two things: 1) the willingness to learn business, and 2) the discipline to show up every day. In a few years, I built a real company — a business that generates consistent income, with multiple chefs working with me, and a system that runs like a professional brand… not a random side gig.
